I produce homemade preserves using high quality ingredients, as much as possible is sourced from my allotment and local farms. I make my preserves in my own kitchen, in traditional open masIin pans in very small batches and I am continually updating my range and trying out new ideas to keep things interesting!
My seasonally varying range includes Courgette and Dill Pickle; Piccalilli; Somerset Cider and Apple Chutney; Raspberry Vinegar; Blackcurrant and Creme de Cassis Jam; Damson Jelly and Seville Orange and Stem Ginger Marmalade
